Wiki site noting the progress on CU Green's first project on the Big Island of Hawaii, the Palamanui Development.
Engineering
At the heart of Palamanui is an engineering question-- the production and maintenance of renewable energy generation for an entire community of students, professionals, and residents.
Design
Engineering alone cannot solve all the issues of sustainability: architecture, landscape architecture, and regional planning must all compliment the implemented technology on site.
